Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was picked to be a part of Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but subsequent knee injuries kept her on the sidelines. It took a few years to Allana to return back into rugby league. Allana was the first to play in a women's rugby union game which was held by New South Wales as stood out in that match against Queensland. Allana also added radio to the repertoire, and she makes regularly appearances on the 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana is also a teacher qualification. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos superstar and teacher who is qualified in addition to her sporting career, has represented Australia at three times, in touch football, in rugby league as well in rugby sevens. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos' star rugby player is forced to end her league career due to breaking her ACL four times. Ferguson has been in the sport for over 25 years. She had previously experienced tears in the same ligaments when she was 15 or 17 years old, and then 20 when she was 17. A fourth tear indicated her time was done. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and had to retire earlier due to a fourth tear to the ACL of her left. The injury was sustained in training back in November, Ferguson, who has been an icon of the women's league over many seasons, reported the news this week in The Courier Mail.
